What are your main routes?
We have no geographic boundaries. Today, we have extensive experience in and around Ile-De-France, in the EU, and in the rest of the world in expeditions. We are always ready to extend the routes according to the needs of our customers.
What are your delivery times?
GTS adapts to your needs, generally packages in Ile-De-France are delivered within a regular period of less than 24 hours, and for the most remote regions the period is 48 hours. You can also specify a later date to be fixed by yourself according to your real needs.
What is the minimum and maximum weight of the goods you can ship?
The majority set the maximum weight of a package at 30 kg for their main service because it is the maximum legal weight that a single man can carry. However, in order to offer a solution for the heaviest packages, we offer additional services to carry out your transport regardless of weight or dimensions.
Can you organize temporary storage in your warehouses of my goods with a delivery date from your stocks by you?
Our full range of logistics services includes the storage of various types of goods, many dimensions with distribution and delivery to the final beneficiary in any specified area.

Does GTS provide packaging services
GTS offers a packaging service before transporting your goods, but we can also provide you with your packaging for your moves, trade fairs, expeditions, etc.

Does GTS offer express freight delivery?
Yes. For express delivery, we accept goods weighing up to 900 kilograms and ship up to 8 pallets.
My client needs to receive my package on Saturday morning. What are you offering?
You will simply indicate the desired delivery date, your customer will be contacted to ensure their presence at the time of delivery and you will be informed, in real time, of the delivery compliant with your recipient. We make deliveries 7 days a week including holidays.
What do I need to know to successfully transport my packages?
GTS advises you to check the packaging of your packages, make sure that the packaging is safe, solid and that there is no risk of leakage or breakage. Make sure that the size of the packaging matches that of the goods contained, so that the latter does not wander around in the package. If necessary, repay the package to fill the empty space.

GTS allows you to organize your transport regardless of the point of departure or arrival including to and from the main cities of France. You manage these shipments via our exchanges, we apply your instructions and you will be informed of the delivery to your customer. With GTS you can optimize the management of your cross-functional returns and flows.
